At EY, the Global Engagement Consultant (GEC) will work alongside and report to Senior Consultants and Management, providing day‑to‑day support to coordinate and manage countries across the EY network. The goal is to ensure that Global Mobility services are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively, and that agreed KPIs and SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day delivery of positive relationships with EY teams
- Support in the delivery of services and reporting within the parameters of a detailed scope of services and service level agreement against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Support the financial performance of a client portfolio
- Support the development of each client engagement within a portfolio through enhancements to processes and engagement improvements
- Continuous learning and personal development
