Assistant Tax Manager – Private Equity / Investment

A dynamic and rapidly growing firm with an exceptional growth story is looking for a Private Client & Partnerships Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding UK tax team. Reporting directly to a Tax Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider Private Client team, becoming the go‑to specialist for partnership tax compliance and advisory matters.
The role will involve oversight and review of partnership tax returns (and hands‑on preparation of more complex cases), salaried member reviews, self‑assessment payments, and tax reserve workings. In addition, you will have exposure to business risk profiling and transaction reviews on a range of Private Equity deals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified partnerships tax professional to develop deep technical expertise within a highly collaborative and supportive team. The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Private Client or Partnerships Tax, ideally with some international exposure.
- ATT / ACA qualified (study support available for part‑qualified candidates).

- Confident managing end‑to‑end compliance and advisory processes.
- Inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
