Clark Wood are recruiting for a Mixed Tax Assistant Manager / Manager to join a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Alton, Hampshire.
This role would suit a Corporate Tax Manager, Mixed Tax Manager or Tax Assistant Manager with strong practice experience and a background in advising owner-managed businesses (OMBs).
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and OMB clients
- Reviewing Corporation Tax computations and returns
- Providing corporate tax planning and advisory support
- Advising on remuneration, capital allowances and succession planning
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and company restructures
- Working closely with Partners on complex tax assignments
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients
The Person
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or QBE
- Previous Corporate or Mixed Tax experience within accountancy practice
- Strong UK Corporation Tax knowledge
- Experience advising owner-managed businesses
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercial and proactive approach
