Tax and Treasury Recruitment are seeking a US Tax Assistant Manager for a growing group in London. This is an opportunity to join a well-established brand. Following successful investment, their international presence is growing (including significant presence in the US).
This role sits within the group tax team, working alongside a Manager that leads on all UK tax matters, and reporting into the Head of Tax. You will be responsible for all aspects of US GAAP and SEC reporting. US Tax returns are with advisors, you will manage this process. You will also have access to wider areas of work across the tax team.
