Treasury Operations Manager

Office Presence – Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office

Salary – Up to £80,000

Working in close partnership with the Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Treasury department.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with various Front office matters such as debt management and investor engagement.

By design, this position will progress into a Deputy Group Treasurer position and will therefore be perfect for someone that has ambition to advance their career.

Supported by a junior, your role will include:

• Management of group treasury dealing and cash management.
• Month end, half year and full year reporting.
• Liquidity (medium-term), Interest and inflation forecasting.
• Maintaining group hedging in accordance with agreed position.
• Supporting the wider finance team with budgeting and regulatory review.
• Suggesting improvements to systems, procedures and policies where needed.

On an ad-hoc basis, and in partnership with the Group Treasurer, you will also:

• Manage banking and investor relationships.
• Manage the group debt portfolio.
• Support with stakeholder committee meetings.

About you

Experienced in leading Corporate Treasury Operations for a medium-large business.

You will be familiar with utilising and getting the most from a TMS.
