Tax & Treasury Recruitment are searching for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a Large/Listed businesses Group Tax Team in London. This is a broad, hands-on yet strategic role that will be incredibly rewarding for someone that wants to learn and see more of tax.
Your core responsibility will be reporting & governance (SOX, SAOO, IFRS/US GAAP) and compliance (mostly UK returns, with oversight of international). You will also regularly assist with various advisory based strategic projects (M&A, Legal entity rationalisation, tech transformation...) and a range of international tax matters (Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing, withholding tax).
This role is an excellent CV builder for an ambitious Corporate Tax Specialist making their first move from practice (Big 4, Top 10) or their second In-House move. You will need UK Experience in managing corporate tax compliance and reporting for large listed corporates. ACA qualifications are required.
Ability/Drive to solve complicated problems whilst also managing workload with shifting priorities is essential. Full UK Working Right is necessary.
You can expect a salary of £70-80,000, a decent bonus/pension, and hybrid working (2/3 days in the office).
