Tax & Treasury Recruitment are partnered with a large multinational in the search for an In-House Tax Manager. This position will suit an experienced Tax Manager who would like an advisory and project focused position with scope for future progression.
You will be responsible for the Group’s UK taxes, with additional responsibility for a number of European entities. There is scope for wider international reach once you have settled into the role.
You will cover all aspects of Direct and Indirect Tax, including Employment Tax but excluding Payroll taxes. As mentioned, this is an advisory heavy position, and you can expect to cover everything and anything. Some common areas include:
- manufacturing
- international supply chain
- E-Invoicing
- marketing & advertising
- capital allowances
- R&D RDEC
- Patent Box
- Transfer Pricing
Compliance will be on an oversight/review basis and reporting will include provisioning and forecasting. You will also line manage 2 tax specialists, with the view of adding an additional report when the time is right.
You can expect a salary of circa £100k plus 15% bonus and access to a generous company car scheme. This is a Hybrid role, with flexible working (core hours of 10am-2pm).
