We are recruiting for a Senior Manager of Group Tax Reporting & Compliance based in London. Our client is a leading fintech with a strong global presence.

About the role

  • Ownership of Tax Reporting: Lead all aspects of consolidated IFRS tax accounting and reporting for a complex group.
  • Stakeholder & Auditor Management: Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and present half-year and annual results to senior management.
  • Risk & Forecasting: Lead the assessment and communication of corporate tax risks, incorporate tax reserves, and collaborate with FP&A to forecast cash tax and the Effective Tax Rate (ETR).
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide essential tax accounting advice related to M&A and corporate restructuring.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize tax provision technology and maintain the internal risk management control framework.

  • ACA qualified with a strong background in tax accounting and consolidated reporting.
