We are recruiting for a Tax Manager based in London.
Our client is a leading global tech business.
This is a UK and EMEA role, sitting in the group team.
About the role
Ownership of Tax Compliance: Lead all aspects of UK tax compliance with support from advisors and internal shared services.
EMEA Tax: Assisting with Pillar 2 requirements and withholding tax across the groups EMEA entities.
Tax Governance: Assisting with tax audits and leading CFC and CIR processes.
Strategic Advisory: Assist on specific tax advisory projects. This will be incredibly varied, with a likely focus on M&A and international tax matters.
About you
ACA qualified with a strong background in tax compliance for large groups.
The Package
Salary is £80,000 - 90,000 (happy to have conversation if your expectations sit above this within a reasonable margin).
Bonus is generous and will reliably pay out.
