In close partnership with the Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the Treasury department, with opportunities to assist in front‑office matters such as debt management and investor engagement. The role is designed to progress into a Deputy Group Treasurer position and is ideal for an ambitious Treasury leader.
Salary & Benefits
Base pay range: Up to £90,000 per annum (actual pay will be based on skills and experience).
Location & Working Hours
Hybrid: 2‑3 days per week in office. Location: Devon, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Manage group treasury dealing and cash management.
- Prepare month‑end, half‑year and full‑year reporting.
- Liquidity (medium‑term), interest and inflation forecasting.
- Maintain group hedging in accordance with agreed positions.
- Support the wider finance team with budgeting and regulatory review.
- Suggest improvements to systems, procedures and policies.
- On an ad‑hoc basis, manage banking and investor relationships.
- Manage group debt portfolio.
- Support stakeholder committee meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience leading Corporate Treasury Operations for a medium‑to‑large business.
- Proficiency in using Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to optimise operations.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
