Tax & Treasury Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a global retail and leisure business on the search for a Treasury Manager to lead their Treasury function.
If you are an ambitious treasury all-rounder, with aspirations to become a Head of Treasury, this will be an obvious fit.
You will have responsibility for a team of two and will be given the backing to develop the treasury function.
The BAU parts of your role will include FX hedging, managing banking relationships, daily cash management, liquidity planning, month-end reporting and forecasting.
The strategic parts of your role will include: Setting up a 13-week forecasting process, determining the need for a TMS/tech and then leading the implementation, supporting on transactions/growth and partnering with the wider finance team.
The role is autonomous and is supported by a Director and external advisors (EY).
It is a hybrid position with 2 days required in the Chertsey office.
You can expect a salary of £80-85,000 Plus a £5,000 Car allowance,10% Pension and a 15% Bonus.
