The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing high-quality components for a variety of engineering applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist with experience working on medium-to-large engineering components, bespoke parts and complex machining projects. Key Responsibilities * Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines. * Work with vertical and horizontal machining centres. * Produce precision components from detailed engineering drawings. * Manufacture medium-to-large components to tight tolerances. * Carry out machine setups, tooling changes and programme adjustments. * Perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment. * Work independently on bespoke and low-volume production jobs. * Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workplace safety. Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter or Operator. * Strong CNC milling programming and setting experience. * Fanuc control experience preferred but other controls considered. * Experience machining steel and other engineering materials. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances. * Experience with large components or heavy engineering advantageous. * Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
