We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated leader to take full ownership of a service and play a key role in developing a stable, high-performing team and positive home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance
- Leading, developing and supporting staff teams
- Managing Ofsted/CIW readiness, audits and inspections
- Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Creating a stable and structured environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager OR strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Experience within children’s residential care (EBD / trauma / SEMH)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Full UK driving licence
