Tavistock Memory Café is recruiting a Session Supervisor or Supervisors for an existing, popular service based in Tavistock. The individual(s) will organise and run our weekly 2-hour Catch-a-Cuppa Cafe supporting our members living with dementia and their family carers. The aim of the session is to encourage people’s independence and sociability.
This is a rewarding and satisfying opportunity and the individual(s) may have had experience of running similar sessions, and have good organisational and interpersonal skills. The role is offered on a self-employed basis, and the detail of this arrangement will be discussed on application. Training and support will be offered.
The hourly rate is £17 per hour for the 3 hours each week.
