This is a 12 month contract role which may be extended. Our clients, a central London based not for profit organisation are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join one of their small but busy teams. They are looking for a well educated person who has a broad range of administration experience including strong stakeholder management and database experience.

This is a very process driven job which requires someone with a real eye for detail, who can work to deadlines and who has excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience gained in a membership or professional body would be helpful, but not essential.

The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day operations of their professional registrations process and the duties will include:

  • processing payments
  • issuing renewal reminders
  • processing renewals
  • maintaining records
  • maintaining registration website
  • helping to organise and facilitate visits
  • responding to queries
  • stakeholder management
  • wide ranging office administration including customer services, database and secretariat support
