Our clients, a central London based not for profit organisation are about to recruit an experienced Committee Administrator.

They are looking for someone with a very good standard of education and who ideally has experience of working for a membership or not for profit organisation and who also has extensive committee support experience.

The duties of this role include

  • organising meetings
  • preparing agendas
  • co-ordinating the production of papers
  • drafting minutes at committee meetings, panels, working groups etc
  • proof reading and copy editing documents
  • providing project and administration support for the department
  • providing support for seminars and events
  • maintaining documents, website and extranet content
  • database administration

The skills required for this role include

  • confident minute taking
  • excellent stakeholder management
  • previous committee support experience
  • excellent communications skills - verbal and written
  • knowledge of Share Point On-Line would be useful
