- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Share Point, Teams, Intune).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup solutions and basic disaster recovery processes.
