About the Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Paid Search and SEO Specialist to join a well-established international business and drive measurable growth across their digital channels. The role focuses on improving search visibility, managing paid search campaigns and analysing performance to continuously optimise lead generation. This is a hands-on role focused on SEO, Google Ads, Paid Search, and digital performance, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and paid search campaigns to drive leads and ROI.
- Refine targeting, messaging, bids and budgets to improve cost per lead.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise landing pages and conversion performance.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website pages (metadata, structure, internal links).
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
- Track and analyse SEO and paid campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Produce actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Adjust campaigns and strategies quickly based on performance data.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimising for performance and ROI.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and ranking improvements.
- Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Commercially minded, focused on lead generation and ROI.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working independently.
