The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investment Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in investment management, venture capital, or financial operations. You will play a key role in supporting the investment, operations, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes and exceptional service for investors and portfolio companies. The role offers hands‑on experience across the full investment lifecycle from fundraising and transaction support to compliance and client relations.
Investment Administrator Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate calls and meetings with investors and portfolio companies.
- Assist in reviewing investment applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and manage payment instructions and documentation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of companies, deals, and investments, and assist in preparing reports for external stakeholders.
- Collect, organise, and share investment certificates and related documentation.
- Respond to investor and partner queries via email and online platforms.
