Field-based Installation and Service Engineer Role – Flexible to travel across Scotland

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to join a busy, growing team in Scotland. This is a hands-on, Field-based Installation and Service Engineer role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working on different client sites, and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and support AV and digital signage equipment at client locations
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV and IT systems
  • Prepare and build equipment for installations
  • Liaise professionally with clients on-site
  • Complete installation and service reports accurately
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Support the team with other tasks as required

Working Area:

  • Mainly Scotland, with travelling to Glasgow, Edinburgh, & Dundee
  • Minimal travel to the main office in Manchester for training purposes

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in AV, IT, or networking installation roles
  • Strong technical installation skills
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Able to work at heights and use ladders safely
