A growing and well-established financial planning business is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their client support team. The role is ideal for someone with operations/administration experience who enjoys working closely with clients, is highly organised, and wants to develop their career within Financial Planning and wealth management.

The role is a mix of client relationship management and financial services administration, supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with tasks such as:

  • Arranging client meetings
  • Preparing review packs
  • Managing client records
  • Handling enquiries
  • Overseeing the client review process

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting advisers with new business and ongoing client administration
  • Coordinating client meetings and preparing supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Managing client communications and responding to enquiries
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain information and updates
  • Assisting with client review processes and ongoing servicing activities
