About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, international business to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of their digital presence and drive measurable growth across the UK market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketer who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to delivery.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising multi-channel digital marketing activity to generate high-quality leads, improve online visibility and enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Set KPIs and track performance across all digital activity
- Stay up to date with digital trends and best practice
- Optimise website performance, user experience and conversions
- Oversee website content, ensuring it is engaging and SEO-optimised
- Support new website development, including structure and user journey
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Plan and execute paid search and display campaigns with focus on ROI
- Collaborate on content creation: blogs, articles, video, infographics
- Build and manage targeted email campaigns using marketing automation
- Ensure timely campaign delivery to the right audiences
- Track, analyse and report on digital campaigns and website metrics
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimisation
- Run A/B tests on ads, emails and landing pages
- Manage multiple digital projects and budgets simultaneously
- Work closely with sales and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns
Your Experience and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in digital marketing across multiple channels
- Strong SEO knowledge, with experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Confident using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and preferably Dynamics Marketing module
- Experienced in planning and running email campaigns
- Excellent communicator, able to create clear and persuasive content for different audiences
- Good understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and engaging target audiences
- Analytical thinker, able to translate data into practical improvements
- Organised, able to handle several projects and meet deadlines
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to ongoing learning
