Tavas Techs is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a Cardiff-based hybrid role on large industrial and energy projects.

You will lead delivery with a mechanical/piping bias, spanning design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate programmes and budgets, maintain HSE and quality standards, and drive value engineering to resolve on-site challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
