Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Build strong, structured relationships with key customers.
- Develop account plans, track customer engagement, and increase long-term customer value.
- Lead regular customer reviews to understand needs and improve service delivery.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities with high-value customer segments, aligned to operational capacity.
- Support onboarding of new clients, particularly digital-first and growing luxury brands.
- Drive adoption of the online Portal, future digital services, and more.
- Capture customer feedback, pain points, and market insight to shape service improvements.
- Monitor trends in the industry and regulatory developments.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and trade bodies.
- Support creation of customer education content and promote the organisation’s values and reputation.
- Act as a confident ambassador for the craft and the company’s values.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development (B2B environment).
- Strong ability to build trust and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working with operational teams and translating customer needs into practical solutions.
- Good understanding of customer experience improvement or service delivery models.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems or customer data.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid or cross-functional environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated, technical, manufacturing, luxury goods, or service-led industry.
- Exposure to digital transformation, CRM/ERP systems, or customer portal environments.
- Experience delivering customer education, training, or content.
