We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our client, who is a dynamic, creative digital media agency with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale retail and in-store digital projects across the UK, Europe, and beyond. This Client Services Manager role focuses on managing major accounts from initial concept through design, delivery, and post-installation support. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe and adapt to changing project timelines.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in hands-on project delivery, preferably in construction, installation, or field-based projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors on site.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to clients or agencies.
  • Experience managing key stakeholders and building strong professional relationships.
  • Passion for technology and its use in retail solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with commercial and financial awareness.
  • Ability to plan strategically while managing day-to-day project delivery.
  • Flexible, willing to travel and work at client sites, including remote locations.
