Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business discovery workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes for Insurance and Complaints Management.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog refinement, requirements traceability, and JIRA artefacts (Epics, Features, User Stories).
  • Collaborate with Pega Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and business teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with European insurance regulations and complaint-handling standards.
  • Support SIT, UAT, business validation, and production releases.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pega implementations.
  • Strong Insurance and Complaints Management domain expertise.
  • Experience working with European insurance organisations and regulatory environments.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
