The post‑holder will be a welcoming and capable presence for patients and visitors, while providing high‑level support to the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager to ensure the smooth, safe and effective running of both practices. The role combines excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills with a strong commitment to patient service, confidentiality and teamwork. From coordinating meetings, systems and communications, to overseeing patient registrations, digital access, staff support, compliance activity and clinic organisation, the post‑holder helps connect every part of the practice. • This position is for 30.5 Hours per week – days and hours are to be confirmed. The post‑holder will project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors and deal with queries in a professional, courteous and efficient way across both Weobley & Staunton on Wye Surgeries.
• You will be required to offer an excellent standard of support to the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager, ensuring good quality service delivery and confidentiality. Problem solving on a day to day basis on issues relating to your work, you will also enjoy working closely as a member of a team to achieve shared objectives and ensure daily priorities are delivered.
