We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Resident Music Graduate to join Taunton School as part of our thriving boarding community. This one-year residential post provides valuable support to our students through extensive involvement in our co-curricular and boarding programmes, as well as a fantastic experience which provides a platform for progression in a variety of careers.
Responsibilities
- Support students through involvement in co-curricular and boarding programmes.
- Engage in activities that contribute to a memorable year within a diverse community of students and staff.
- Fulfil role requirements including potential evening and weekend work as part of a 40-hour week during term time; additional days may be required to attend Inset Days.
- Contribute to a flourishing co-educational environment and support the schoolβs values of Humility, Engagement and Kindness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Keen to pursue a career in teaching, with an interest in professional and/or educational music, or a desire to continue with further studies.
- Ability to establish good relationships with young people.
