Taunton Deane West Primary Care Network is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Based at Lister House Surgery, you will provide autonomous advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients with acute and long‑term conditions, working closely with GPs and other clinicians to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care. The role is hosted by Lister House Surgery on behalf of the PCN, with a focus on improving access to primary care.
