Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Total compensation for this role includes a generous benefits program, RSU incentive plan and annual performance bonus. About the Job

We are seeking an exceptionally bright and multitasking individual to support People Operations in our London Office, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. This person will own office administration, event management, and HR tasks for a blended remote and hybrid team, with a strong focus on engaging both audiences effectively. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to develop into an HR while gaining international exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Ownership of the London office, including vendor management, equipment/swag ordering, and maintaining high workspace standards.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Own the HR-side payroll and benefits administration for 60+ staff in the UK.
  • People Initiatives: Supporting and owning key People initiatives in London and company-wide.
  • Onboarding: Delivering a stellar onboarding experience for all new joiners, conducting all required UK compliance and right-to-work checks.
  • Program Implementation: Supporting the People team to implement country-specific programs to drive performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Culture Ambassador: Act as a cultural ambassador—organizing social events for the London office and creative initiatives to engage our remote workforce.
  • AI & Innovation: Proactively identifying and implementing AI tools to automate HR administration and improve efficiency.
  • Presence: Being in the office at least 3 days per week to build relationships and manage the physical environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • HR Driven: 2+ years of experience with a strong desire to develop in HR and learn UK labor laws.
  • Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding payroll and data integrity.
  • Hands-on: You have a "make it happen" attitude and are comfortable making decisions with little supervision.
  • Tech-Curious: Interested in AI and modern HRIS tools.

Nice to have:

  • Languages: Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French.
  • Design: Experience with Canva or similar for internal comms/events.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

SAP Taulia believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest, supportive culture and is a vital part of our commitment to equity. The estimated annualized base salary range for this position is £38,000—£48,000. This range represents a good faith estimate of the base salary at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s specific skills, depth of experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
