What You’ll Do
As the Talent Management Lead, you will:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Talent Development Programs for all employee levels—from ambitious graduates to seasoned leaders.
- Build and drive career development frameworks to support growth, upskilling, and succession planning across the organization.
- Lead the creation and rollout of transformative training programs that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering higher engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess skill gaps and align learning strategies with business goals.
- Drive a high-performance culture through innovative leadership development, mentorship initiatives, and forward-thinking talent practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive related experience.
- Deep knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and current training methodologies.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to lead transformational culture and engagement initiatives.
