What You’ll Do

As the Talent Management Lead, you will:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Talent Development Programs for all employee levels—from ambitious graduates to seasoned leaders.
  • Build and drive career development frameworks to support growth, upskilling, and succession planning across the organization.
  • Lead the creation and rollout of transformative training programs that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering higher engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess skill gaps and align learning strategies with business goals.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through innovative leadership development, mentorship initiatives, and forward-thinking talent practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive related experience.
  • Deep knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and current training methodologies.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to lead transformational culture and engagement initiatives.
