Leadership Role in Artificial Digital Transformation Field We are seeking a dynamic and highly accomplished leader to join us in a leading role within the Digital Transformation field. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead complex Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation initiatives, and collaborate with top-tier clients and stakeholders both in the UAE and internationally. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team, managing business development, driving innovation in digital transformation, software development, and go-to-market strategies. The position will spearhead the evolution of our product portfolio, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless execution to support growth and client success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary direction and executive oversight for the Digital Transformation line of business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Business Growth: Design and implement strategies to expand market presence, increase revenue, and secure strategic partnerships. Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Product Management & Quality: Manage digital product development to ensure high-quality, user-centric solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering transformative outcomes, fostering strong partnerships, and exceeding expectations. Performance & Operational Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure departmental performance aligns with enterprise objectives. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team. Culture & Innovation: Promote a culture of agility, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through collaborative leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s or PhD preferred. Over 15 years of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation, with a proven record of scaling global operations and leveraging emerging tech for business growth.
