Business Growth: Design and implement strategies to expand market presence, increase revenue, and secure strategic partnerships. Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Product Management & Quality: Manage digital product development to ensure high-quality, user-centric solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering transformative outcomes, fostering strong partnerships, and exceeding expectations. Performance & Operational Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure departmental performance aligns with enterprise objectives. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team. Culture & Innovation: Promote a culture of agility, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through collaborative leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s or PhD preferred. Over 15 years of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation, with a proven record of scaling global operations and leveraging emerging tech for business growth.
