We are looking for Deputy Director –Design -Road / infrastructure who have experience in Consultancy Engineering firms.
Job Location in UAE, Abu Dhabi .
Working condition: Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Ensure that all projects align with the organization's broader goals and strategic objectives.
•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
•Supervise the entire projects’ lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed according to the plan.
•Ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
•Monitor projects timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
•Leading the projects for infrastructure Design – Urban Design, Planning and Infrastructure
•Reviewing the final drafts for road design delivery and water infrastructure projects.
•Delivering the Roads and Infrastructure of the city as Projects Manager with full responsibility for PMC services and Client representative role for the construction of Roads/Infrastructure and Public Realm.
•Lead the distribution of the infrastructure planning and design professional specialized in wet utilities (Potable Water, Wastewater, Storm water, TSE & Irrigation Mains, and Public Hydrant Fire Fighting Service mains and networks) with Knowledge & familiarity of the dry utilities' requirements (power and telecom).
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and the public.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Master’s in related fields is preferred.
- Min 15 years of experience with International Consultants, and Government Entities.
- Direct experience with technical designs & hydraulic modeling of various utilities networks using industry standard software such as Water Cad, Sewer Cad, Storm CAD, Civil Storm. in addition to Pipelines design using Autodesk Civil 3D & the preparation and delivery of detailed designs and tender documents.
