We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer who will work closely with customers, engineering, and sales teams. This role combines solution design, hands-on technical support, and active participation in product development. You will help customers successfully adopt and operate our solutions while continuously feeding customer insights back into engineering.
Responsibilities
- Part of the engineering team as a power user of the Tatum platform
- Communicate with customers, helping them to find and deploy solutions using the Tatum platform
- Help customers to solve their issues using modern support practices
- Participate on sales prospect calls as a technical partner
- Build prototype applications on the Tatum platform
Requirements
- A customer-focused engineer and team player who enjoys communicating and helping customers successfully use our platform.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman and OpenAPI (OAS)
- Ability to search in logs and dashboards to identify and diagnose issues
- Experience working with Git
- Programming experience (any backend or scripting language is acceptable)
- 3+ years of working experience in IT or a related technical role
- Blockchain knowledge is a huge plus but don’t worry we teach you everything

- Slack, Freshdesk, and ClickUp to communicate with customers and internal teams
- REST APIs, Postman and OpenAPI to design, and validate solutions
- Various programming languages to build prototypes, PoCs and code snippets
- Grafana logs and dashboards to diagnose real-world issues
