The Role
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests throughout their time at Tattu
- Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
