Tattu is a modern, luxury, and captivating restaurant brand that connects with guests by taking them on a unique customer journey. Leading the way in brand identity, over the past four years we have built an international following through our dramatic interiors, specialist cuisine, and young, fresh service style.
This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of one of the UK\’s fastest-growing companies with an outstanding reputation and performance history.
The Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled, visionary Videographer and Content Creator with a strong background in professional photography and videography to join our team. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand stories to life across all digital platforms — capturing everything from mouthwatering dishes to behind-the-scenes moments and cultural activations. This is not your standard content role — you’ll be shaping a distinctive visual language that reflects our values of craftsmanship, timelessness, and innovation.
You’ll shoot everything from polished brand campaigns and cinematic product visuals, to intimate behind-the-scenes content and artfully curated social assets. Working across both iPhone and professional camera formats, you’ll understand how to use visual texture, light, and tone to evoke emotion and inspire desire.
You must be equally confident behind the lens and in the edit suite, with an exceptional eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling. This role spans all three restaurant brands and involves frequent travel to our locations and special events, wherever the content takes us.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos using iPhone for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Capture and produce high-quality photography and video cinematic content using cinema-grade cameras for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal use
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling content in alignment with brand identity and voice
- Lead on-location shoots, direct talent, and work with natural or studio lighting
- Edit with style and precision — pacing, music, and grade are part of your signature
- Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and design teams to align content with broader campaigns and brand strategies in order to storyboard and concept shoots
- Travel to restaurant locations and events to document real-time experiences, activations, and stories
- Set up and manage shoots: lighting, audio, equipment, and on-location direction
- Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, food styling techniques, and content innovations across hospitality and fashion
- Manage and organize all digital assets in a well-structured content library
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in professional photography and videography (hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion a plus)
- Portfolio that showcases high-end visual work and storytelling across multiple formats
- Comfortable using both iPhone and professional video gear, and confident in knowing when to use each (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear)
- Advanced editing skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools
- Detail-obsessed, with a strong eye for composition, light, and texture
- Deep knowledge of social-first video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and best practices
- Strong creative direction and styling instincts
- Passion for content creation, fashion, hospitality, and staying ahead of culture
- Willingness to travel and adapt quickly to changing environments and timelines
This is a hybrid role (Manchester Head Office days plus travel required for capturing content).
Extras
- 50% off food and drink Monday to Thursday up to a table of 4
- After reaching your 2nd Anniversary and each subsequent anniversary, you will be welcomed to dine in any Tattu or Fenix restaurant on us.
- Access to health care cash plan
- Annual PU celebration
- EAP scheme
