The Role:
- You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand;you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners\’ vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests.
- Ability to coordinate high volume of bookings without compromising service.
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as SevenRooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
- Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow.
- Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative andengaging training.
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu.
