The Company: We’re working with a global energy company involved in oil, gas, and renewable energy, focused on powering progress through more sustainable energy solutions.
The Role: This role is for a Test Manager—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Test Strategy & Programme Governance
- Large-Scale UAT
- Custom-Built Functionality Assurance
- Integration & End-to-End Assurance
- Defect Management & Quality Control
- Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare Readiness
The Individual: We’re looking for people who can show:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large, complex trading, logistics, or shipping programmes.
- Extensive knowledge of freight/shipping operations and ideally experience of IMOS.
- Experience leading UAT, SIT and non-functional testing across multiple systems, business units, and user groups.
- Demonstrated experience testing custom-built functionality alongside vendor platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business and technology leaders, and confidence in challenging design from a testability and risk perspective.
