You will be working within the Project Support Team and become the focal point for all activities relating to the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) 4 GSE (Ground Support Equipment) IT tool, supporting all aspects of the end to end GSE community.
Role Description
- Support to the PLM end users and champions network by being the focal point for all communication between the users, champions, application owner and development team.
- Define and set up project plan and governance in line with company standards.
- Set-up and maintain regular drumbeat meetings with key stakeholders.
- Define (with support of wider MFT) the list of priorities for development within the PLM.
- Support the application owner in creation of business cases to acquire additional funding.
- Generate and distribute regular communication packs to the wider community to keep them up to date with any live issues, resolutions or developments that are ongoing.
Skills and Attributes
- Ability to lead and influence multi-functional project teams across a number of countries and time-zones.
- Previous experience running technical projects in a project manager / coordinator role.
- Experience in IT systems would be a bonus.
- Strong transnational communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Key focal point for all, being the first line of communication for any queries, issues and resolutions.
- Generating a project plan and roadmap for the future evolutions in the short, medium and long term (present - 5 years).
- Set up and maintain regular reporting to support the MFT in prioritising their time and focus on the most important topics.
- Delivery regular newsletters and communication sessions (as required) to maintain engagement within the community.
- Generate KPI’s to be introduced to better understand adherence of the PLM system.
