Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Associate based in Reading. This role is on a 6-month contract basis and is hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite and the remainder working remotely.

The Role
This role is for a dynamic HR Associate—someone organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact. You’ll be customer-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality HR support service.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing HR-related queries through internal systems and ticketing platforms.
- Supporting employees and stakeholders through Microsoft Teams and screen-sharing sessions.
- Processing and maintaining accurate HR records and data.
- Assisting with learning and development-related enquiries.
- Using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Supporting project-based activities as well as business-as-usual HR administration.
The Individual:
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Experience using HR software and systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent data entry and record management skills.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
