Certain Advantage is working in partnership with a leading defence organisation seeking a Workplace Insights Analyst to enable evidence-led decision-making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insight.
What will you be doing?
- Analyse workplace, operational, and system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Transform complex datasets into clear meaningful insight.
- Work with the System team to identify reoccurring themes and root causes.
- Provide evidence to support improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of workplace data.
- Work with Systems colleagues to improve data capture.
- Translate technical information into business insight.
- Present findings to operational and senior FM leadership.
A couple of things you should know:

- PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel.
- Data visualisation.
- Data quality management.
