World Class Defence Organisation based in Bolton is currently looking to recruit a Skilled Paint Sprayer.

Job Description
The Spray Painter will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing tasks within the Paint Department, in accordance with product certification procedures, defined workmanship standards, allocated budgets and timescales to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preparation (masking) and paint spraying.
- Certify own work in line with company quality standards.
- Maintain product certification and approval via regular audits.
- Apply a versatile skill base across a range of tasks within the Paint Spraying process.
- Be fully conversant with all equipment and tools associated with the Paint Spraying process.
- Check and complete all paperwork related to the Manufacturing data pack.
- Maintain highest workmanship standards and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a safe working environment and good housekeeping.
- Contribute to process improvement and work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in aerospace or defence industry is desirable.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Formal Qualification: Surface finisher or equivalent Level 3.
- Experience as a skilled person in painting and finishing roles.
- Formal further education certificate to Level 3.
