Project Manager Building Services Stevenage (On-site / Facility based) 12-Month Contract Aerospace
About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager Building Services to spearhead critical infrastructure CAPEX initiatives at a manufacturing facility in Stevenage. In this pivotal 12-month contract, you will take total ownership of small-to-medium infrastructure projects from initial feasibility and inception, through detailed engineering design and specifications, to on-site execution and final handover. If you thrive on leading multi-functional engineering teams and delivering major plant replacement and complex refurbishment schemes, this is the project for you.
Key Responsibilities
- As the Construction Project Lead, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of multi-million-pound capital investment projects, managing the lifecycle end-to-end.
- Assemble, motivate, and manage Multi-Functional Project Teams (MFTs), including external consultants, contract managers, client CDMs, architects, and quantity surveyors (QS).
- Lead detailed building services design briefs for plant replacement, building refurbishments, and infrastructure lifecycle plans.
- Develop and manage robust CAPEX business cases.
