We are seeking a Security Performance and Project Lead to join the Physical Security Team at an Aerospace company based in Belfast. You will be the administrative and project engine room of the department.

Please note: This is not a guarding or cyber-security position. This is a hybrid Project Coordinator, Data Analyst, and PMO role focused on upgrading physical security infrastructure, tracking multi-million-pound capital budgets (Capex), and auditing third-party security partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage physical security infrastructure projects (such as CCTV, access control, and facility upgrades) from inception to completion.
  • Own the department’s data as you will compile weekly KPI reports, monitor SLAs, and manage the Active Risk Management (ARM) register.
  • Conduct process audits and confirmations on third-party security and fire partners to ensure total compliance and root-cause fix any failures.
  • Maintain capital expenditure (Capex) cost trackers, raise invoices, take precise minutes in governance meetings, and manage local EHS compliance paperwork.

What We Need from you / Essential Skills:

  • Solid experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or high-level Operational Support.
  • Deep familiarity with tracking KPIs, managing SLAs, and utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel / G-Suite tools for data analysis.
  • Experience in process confirmation, root-cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
  • A flexible mindset, ready to manage changing operational priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Due to the nature of the aerospace programs on site, successful candidates must be able to obtain:

  • National Security Vetting (SC Clearance)
  • Access NI Criminal Record Check
  • UK Civil Aviation Enhanced Vetting and training

Desirable Assets:

  • Experience managing physical security installation projects or managing third-party facility contractors.
  • A third-level education or formal certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, CAPM)
