Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Bid Writer based in Preston. This is a permanent role and requires full-time onsite attendance.

You will lead the coordination and preparation of high-quality PQQ and tender submissions, combining strong bid writing capability with light bid management responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Producing a bid programme and submission plan
  • Organising bid kick-off meetings
  • Allocating responsibilities for bid inputs
  • Coordinating contributions from estimators, planners and operational staff
  • Tracking progress against deadlines
  • Managing tender clarifications
  • Ensuring compliance with client requirements
