World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit a number of Mechanical Systems Engineer / Architects on an initial 6 month contract. The department can have the role based from either the Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton sites.
This role would suit a candidate who comes from a strong background of working as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Systems Engineer, Mechanical Architect or has experience of Mechanical Systems Architecture. A defence / aerospace background is ideal but not essential. DOORS experience would be great.
- Rate: £60.00 per hour
- Overtime Rate: Hours worked over the standard 37 hours per week, will be paid at ‘time and a quarter’
- Location: Stevenage, Bolton or Bristol depending on your preference
- Hybrid / Remote working: 3-4 days onsite needed. Will be 5 days onsite to begin with due to training needs
- Duration: 6 Months with very likely extension. Contracts are often ongoing and long-term thereafter.
- IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
- Interview process: One stage video interview
