Certain Advantage is hiring for an Executive Assistant based in Leatherhead. This role is on a contract basis and is office-based, supporting a senior executive within an engineering organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Planning and coordinating internal and external events.
  • Providing comprehensive office management and administrative support.
  • Preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents using SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Managing document workflows and approvals through DocuSign.
  • Assisting with accommodation searches, schooling enquiries, transportation arrangements, and local settling-in requirements.

The Individual We're looking for people who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience supporting a senior executive or board-level leader as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
