Operating across the entire employee lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Resourcing, and Reward teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and deploy major employee lifecycle campaigns across Resourcing, L&D, and Reward.
  • Support and advise line managers on case management, including disciplinary and grievance processes in line with local NI legislation.
  • Maintain cross‑divisional data consistency and build qualitative reporting metrics to drive evidence-based business actions.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, compliance training) to flag potential risks to HRBPs early.

What We Are Looking For / Essential

  • Education: Post‑Graduate Qualification in HR or a related discipline.
  • Proven foundational experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with a talent for translating raw data into clear, actionable business reporting.
  • Solid grounding in core HR policies, processes, and systems.

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 7.
  • A consultative, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, self‑awareness, and a solution‑oriented approach.
