Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Associate based in Reading. This role is on a 6-month contract basis and is hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite and the remainder working remotely.

  • Managing HR-related queries through internal systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Supporting employees and stakeholders through Microsoft Teams and screen-sharing sessions.
  • Processing and maintaining accurate HR records and data.
  • Assisting with learning and development-related enquiries.
  • Using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Supporting project-based activities as well as business-as-usual HR administration.

The Individual: Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role. Experience using HR software and systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
