In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—keeping things moving smoothly, boosting team productivity, and ensuring our office remains orderly and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing emails, phone calls, and postal mail; greet visitors and stakeholders with a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain and update secure electronic and paper filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and prepare/distribute agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate stock orders, and assist with data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Excellent time management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
